HOW IT WORKS

The format of the program is the ‘special mix’ that makes the EXITRoom work so well. When we get to speak, I’ll give you the exact format and we’ll see if it works for you. Rest assured the format is the right mix of face to face / phone coaching, study tours, networking and 1:1 support.

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

This program is not cheap. It’s not designed to be. Within 6 months of launching the EXITRoom, participants identified strategies that increased the valuation of their company by $800k on average – so they know my methods work.

However, (at this stage) you don’t know that they’re going to work for you. To give you some comfort, I am prepared to guarantee your result.

If you implement everything you commit to (as guided by me) then I will guarantee a 3X return on your investment. If you implement everything and do not get a 3X return within the first 12 months of the program, then I will refund that year’s annual fee in full.

Simple as that.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA OF EACH MEMBER BUSINESS

There is a qualification process for each member business. I will be personally delivering the EXITRoom and I can only work with a small group of qualified businesses who want to achieve the 3 objectives listed above.

I need to make sure you’re ready now and (because of my guarantee) you’ll implement what you commit to. This program is for business owners who are good now but want to maximise their return after all their years of hard work. It’s very exciting, it produces unprecedented results for you however, it’s not for everyone.

THE IDEAL MEMBERS OF THE EXITRoom ARE:

  • Ambitious business owners who want double or triple their EXIT value in the next 1-3 years.
  • A good business now – measured by awards, good KPI’s or what you have already implemented.
  • Sharer – must be willing to share IP and achievements (and failures) with other members. The more you GIVE the more you GET!
  • Implementer – must have track record of implementation.
  • Good people who are fun to work with!

THE EXITRoom IS NOT FOR:

  • Business owners or organisations that have a track record of FTI – Failure to Implement.
  • Start up businesses – you need to have already business that can leverage of its resources to improve market attractiveness.
  • Small Businesses – you need to be established and have at least US$500K in annual revenue.
  • Business owners who don’t value their own time or others’ – you need to drive results and be accountable, the same way that you’ll hold others accountable.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

In the EXITRoom, I work with established business owners that want to go to the next level, break out of repetitive patterns, fix their growth foundations and scale to maximise their business attractiveness. However, there is not ROOM for everyone. It takes a high level of commitment, and it’s not cheap. You have to be ready for work and accountability. 

WHY AM I SO SPECIFIC?

You must be able to scale and leverage (I just need to show you how to do it, in the most efficient way possible). Equally important, I need to ensure the quality of the program remains at a consistently high level to meet the existing needs and expectations of the other EXITRoom participants. They have already reached the above criteria, and the same applies to you.

When I say EXIT, I don’t mean sale. I mean giving business owners CHOICE to do what they want. It is all about designing your ULTIMATE EXIT – it may involve multiple options or a combination. It is a lot easier after you align, re-engage, realise and maximise your current asset.

THE PROCESS FROM HERE

The first step is to get your Sellability Score to discover where the opportunities are within you and your business. You will automatically receive your Sellability Score valuation report that benchmarks you against 40,000 other businesses. You will then have the opportunity to dig a bit deeper around your motivations and intangibles with someone from my team.

THEN, ONE OF TWO THINGS WILL HAPPEN

  • If it is felt that we maybe a good fit and you are ready, someone from our team will schedule another call with you so we can spend more time on you and your business. Don’t worry – there is no pressure to make a decision – we are both determining if there will be a fit for you and the EXITRoom.
  • If we don’t think now is the time, or the EXITRoom is not for you will guide you in the right direction and give you all the resources to ensure your time has been well spent.
