How it Works!

The format of the program is the ‘secret sauce’ that makes my EXITRoom work so well.

The delivery is focused on Accountability, Learning and Sharing. You will be held accountable to your KPI’s and projects, learn new strategies and share your IP with other firms – as they will with you.

The Process

There are 4 parts as to how the EXITRoom is ‘delivered’:
2.Coaching (meetings) Face to face  I facilitate 4 face to face meetings per year – as a group for each group. The meetings are for 1.25 days. Each firm gets a turn to ‘host’ a meeting so we are moving around the country depending where the members of your group are located. The day before the coaching meeting (4pm) the host firm does a ‘deep dive’ into their firm and ‘showcase’ their firm. It’s a business visit and you learn so much from the host firm.
3. Implementation (tracking software) I have scoured the world for the best ‘goal implementation’ software and I found it in Khorus . We set the macro goals together then you set the weekly goals with your team. Your team implement the goals and they track the implementation in Khorus. You hold your weekly meeting with Khorus (and using my meeting format) and you’ll see on a weekly basis if you’re on track or not to achieve the quarterly / annual goals.
4.Support (ongoing) As well as the formal part of the program there is an informal part. This involves the ‘slack’ channel where all EXITRoom businesses from around the Asia Pacific communicate, share and help each other on a private communication channel. If you have a question in between meetings, then post it. I am on there every day answering questions.

We start the process with a questionnaire that you fill in about your organisation then we do an online (Zoom) meeting
